This is my go to store for vitamins and supplements. I buy so much protein here that I probably pay their rent! Seriously though, whether you’re a hard core workout aficionado or just beginning, Younk’s has the supplements and the knowledge to help you.

I’m a little older and focused on fitness for life and rehab, but he works with a lot of younger athletes and bodybuilders as well. I have been shopping here for quite a while. If you need basic vitamins or a pre-workout, he has some of the best.

I personally recommend the bio pump or bio super freak for a pre-workout. I recommend the syntrax nectar, fuel x30, or the hi-tech precision protein for a protein powder.

All in all, this is my go to store.
