Returns
You may return eligible items within 15 days from the order date for a refund. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 15 days of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds will include the purchase price only, excluding shipping or other charges
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used supplements
- Items not in original condition
- Products returned after the 15-day window
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
