Shipping Policy

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER
It depends on where you are. Orders are processed, packed, and shipped from our distribution center. Therefore order delivery times will vary depending on your shipping location. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days at our distribution center of your initial order.
  • Domestic orders are shipped using UPS (shipping and fulfillment times may be extended during busier times such as sales, holidays, and unforeseen events such as natural disasters, or freight delivery disruptions in logistics). Shipping time does not begin until your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Orders will typically take 5-8 business days (Monday – Friday) to arrive after your product has been fulfilled.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, will be packed and shipped the following business day (Monday-Thursday)
  • Orders placed after Friday at 1:00 PM will be picked and packed the following Monday.

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMES

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)
  • UPS Priority Mail 2-Day (2-3 Business Days)

At Younks NC we do everything we can to get your order to you on the Estimated Delivery Date. We use a combination of first-class mail, priority mail, and parcel services.

We cannot and do not guarantee transit times, we can only offer you an Estimated Delivery Date which reflects our best estimate based on average shipping times. Deliveries and delivery times can be negatively impacted from customs inspections and weather delays.

Shipping times are dependent on the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping times, or when your package will arrive. We simply pack your order. When your order is picked up by your selected freight carrier, it is now their responsibility to deliver your package.

Please note: All orders placed on Sunday-Thursday are shipped on the following business day (the 2-day shipping doesn’t start until your order is shipped). All orders placed on Friday-Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday morning.

PRE-ORDER & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
All in-stock orders will be shipped within this time frame. Any out-of-stock or pre-order item will be shipped as soon as it is received in stock. We do not guarantee processing time, delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Please allow 1-4 days for the tracking information to populate on the appropriate carrier website. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order.

  • Sign up through the carrier for delivery updates

If your order is time sensitive, we advise you to reach out to customer service before placing your order so that you can pay for an expedited shipping option, which are faster services with tracking information.
